Dear Parents, The following items are NOT INCLUDED: 1 Extra uniform top and bottom including socks (labeled in a Ziploc bag), 1 Family picture (4×6), 1 Labeled Sippy-cup or spill-proof non-disposable water bottle (no baby bottles allowed), Diapers & Wipes (If child is not potty trained), Book bag to fit Key Point folder (9 in x 11 in).

• Please make sure all supplies are labeled
• School supplies may need to be replenished throughout the year
• For children’s safety, rolling bags and pillows are not allowed
• Key Point Christian Academy supplies all students with personal blankets, cot sheets, art materials, and other classroom supplies
• Baby bottles are not permitted
